Show & Event Registration

Welcome to RCP! This is the landing portal for all pre-show registration for photo coverage. Please make sure that you follow ALL of the directions given. Each event will have their own registration form, as well as their own gallery. Images will be sorted either by participant/show #/class, and will be edited upon purchase.

Some events will have a hard cut off date for the minimum number of pre-show registered participants, so please make sure you get your registration in before that date in order to ensure that I can attend. If your event does not have a minimum number of registered participants, there will be a hard cut off for those to get the pre-event registration perks. Your event will have those details on it's own page.

How do I register for a show: 1.) Fill out the registration form - 2.) Send you registration fee (if applicable)

Registration Form

  • Click on your event below. You'll click the checkbox for each class you're in, or manually enter when you'll be showing. If you scratch or add a class the day of, please let me know. I plan breaks around classes I have no participants, and don't want to miss capturing your shots.
  • Any and all required information must be filled out completely. If you do not include an address, phone number, email address/or give me a fake one, you forfeit registration. This information is used for your orders and communication.
  • Once you've selected your classes, you'll acknowledge two sections of information before you can submit the form.

A minimum of 5 PRE-SHOW registrations (before the show) is required for some events, in order to guarantee photography services. I can add participants the day of (before the show starts), but you'll need to get with me and point out who your participant/team(s) are. (Firecracker Special, Franklin County 4H Fair Show's/Rushville Open Show 2026 are exempt from the minimum # of participants)

Registration Fee - (Firecracker Special, Franklin County 4H Fair Show's/Rushville Open Show 2026 are exempt from payment)

  • There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee for EVERY participant, even if they show multiple animals.
  • This registration fee MUST BE PAID in order for you to be on the roster. Filling out the registration form is only half of the registration.
  • This will also get you 2 (two) free images with your order.

In the event that you register and this requirement is not met, your registration fee will be refunded to you. Pre-show registered participants will get their images dropped into the gallery and obtain first access.

(Firecracker Special, Rushville, Franklin County 4H Fair Show's will still get extra images and early access to galleries)

Please note:

I will ****ONLY**** be taking photos of participants that register for shows. In the event that a show does not have anyone registered, pictures will be at the discretion of RCP, and may not include everyone or have a large gallery, as other events. Each participant will have a designated tab in the gallery by name and or number. This is for ALL shows.

The gallery portal has a general list of products and pricing - there is a minimum $40 purchase for orders unless specified by RCP - a travel fee may apply for shows that are far from my base area.

If you have multiple kiddos, or a kiddo showing in multiple projects, please note that in your email to me as I offer discounts for that.
