Horse Show & Event Registration

Welcome to RCP! This is the landing portal for all shows requiring pre-registration for photo coverage. Please make sure that you follow ALL of the directions given. Each show will have their own registration form, as well as their own gallery. Images will be sorted either by rider or class, and will be edited upon purchase.

There is a hard cut off date for each show for the minimum number of registered riders, so please make sure you get your pre-registration in before that date in order to ensure that I attend.

How do I register for a show: 1.) Fill out the registration form - 2.) Send you registration fee

Registration Form

  • Click on your show below. You'll click the checkbox for each class you're in. If you scratch or add a class the day of, please let me know. I plan breaks around classes I have no riders, and don't want to miss capturing your shots.
  • Any and all required information must be filled out completely. If you do not include an address, phone number, email address/or give me a fake one, you forfeit registration. This information is used for your orders and communication.
  • Once you've selected your classes, you'll acknowledge two sections of information before you can submit the form.

A minimum of 5 riders is required to PRE-REGISTER (before the show) in order to guarantee photography services at the show. I can add riders the day of the show, but you'll need to get with me after you register and point out who your horse/rider team(s) are.

Registration Fee

  • There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee for EVERY rider, even if they show multiple horses.
  • This registration fee MUST BE PAID in order for you to be on the roster. Filling out the registration form is only half of the registration.
  • This will also get you 2 (two) free images with your order.

In the event that you register and this requirement is not met, your registration fee will be refunded to you. Pre-registered riders (those who register before the show) will get their images dropped into the gallery and obtain first access.

Please note:

I will ****ONLY**** be taking photos of riders that register to do so, and will not take any images outside of those that have signed up. Each rider will have a designated tab in the gallery by name and or number.

The gallery portal has a general list of products and pricing - there is a minimum $30 purchase for orders unless specified by RCP - a travel fee may apply for shows that are far from my base area.
