Galleries & Editing

Sport/Event/Show gallery images are dropped directly from the camera, and will be edited upon purchase. Edits/Orders are generally completed 1-3 weeks, but can be sooner during the slow season. Images are not edited on weekends or holidays.

Galleries do NOT stay up indefinitely, and digital download links expire in 7 days. There is a $30 regeneration fee for all galleries that have to be pulled out of archives once it is closed.

Due to misuse and theft of images, no under the age of 21 is permitted to have access to galleries. Only parents/guardians of athletes/riders/exhibitors/participants/contestants will be given access to albums. No exceptions.

Prints & Digital Images

Prints are edited and sent off to a member's only professional lab and will be delivered to your doorstep. Social Media digital files come WITH a watermark. High resolution digital files do NOT come with the watermark. Any digital goods that have been ordered and sent, will not be refunded for the wrong product ordered. Basic product pricing is located at the bottom of this page. Please make sure that the email you login with is correct, as this is how you will receive your digitals. High resolution images are meant to be downloaded on a computer, so as not to compress the image quality. Digital goods are sent in a zip folder when they are downloaded. Zip folders do not always work well on phones or tablets.

Event & Show Galleries

There is a $40 minimum purchase order for all sports and/or event galleries, unless specified by RCP.

Please make sure that when you are posting on social media platforms, that you tag the Red Caboose Photography pages. Images purchased are for PERSONAL use only. Images that are being used on business accounts or websites and in a commercial use setting, MUST be approved by RCP beforehand. A commercial use license is required for images used in this capacity.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANY IMAGES IN THE RCP GALLERIES BE SCREENSHOT. THAT IS THEFT AND THIS IS NOTED IN ALL GALLERIES BY THE WATERMARK. ADDITIONALLY, ANY IMAGES DOWNLOADED OR SCREENSHOT OFF OF ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, IS ILLEGAL, AND ALSO THEFT. IGNORANCE IS NOT A VALID EXCUSE FOR THIS.
